San Ramon, California (EastBayDaily) — Americap Development Partners is proud to announce their newest acquisition, a new single-family subdivision in the community of Fair Oaks located just off Fair Oaks Boulevard. This new neighborhood, Woodlands, will offer a limited edition of 10 homes ranging in size between 2,000 and 2,400 square feet. Americap’s acquisition team uncovered the opportunity at Woodlands and successfully negotiated the transaction below replacement cost. This achievement creates the opportunity to offer highly desirable housing in this area at market rate prices, while also providing investors a reasonable return. The first step in development will now begin as Americap’s home building team starts clearing and preparing the lots for construction.
Americap Development Partners is currently selling homes at The Chanslor Place, a community of 71 homes, in Blythe, California. In addition, they will begin two new developments in the towns of Pleasanton and Hayward later this year. They are also completing development of 32 single-family lots at Colina Canyon in El Sobrante. This property will be delivered as finished lots and is on the market for bulk sale.
