San Ramon, California (EastBayDaily) — On March 8, 2013, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) released a new version of the I-9 form. Today, INSZoom.com, Inc., the world’s leading immigration technology company, incorporated these changes and improvements into its industry-leading I-9 software, I-9Zoom.
The March 8 version of the I-9 form introduces significant improvements over the existing form, including new fields for email addresses, phone numbers and foreign passport data; and the ability to provide three List A documents to establish identity and eligibility to work in the US. While the form was released on March 8, use of it is not mandatory until May 7. INSZoom’s cloud-based I-9 employment eligibility verification management systems have been updated well in advance of this deadline.
“At INSZoom, we continually focus on ensuring our clients and partners get access to every update and every federal change well in advance of deadlines,” said Umesh Vaidyamath, founder and CEO of INSZoom. “This ensures they are always in compliance with governmental regulations.”
INSZoom’s I-9 employment eligibility verification software is used by businesses and legal organizations throughout the United States. The company recently partnered with A-Check America, Inc., the leading provider of employee screening services to employers around the world, to give A-Check’s users seamless access to integrated I-9 verification services.
