Livermore, California (EastBayDaily) — All Systems Broadband announces the general availability of its Fiber Demarcation Box(FDB). Its product offerings now include a fiber box designed to enable quick, easy, and secure fiber splicing and connectivity for indoor wall mount applications in commercial environments.
“Our customers have been excited about the ease of deployment of the FDB,” says Jason Skeoch, CEO of All Systems Broadband. “They are able to quickly seize opportunities with commercial customers that require the bandwidth only available with fiber connections.” The flexible box layout enables a variety of splicing and patching combinations.
These demarcation boxes are easily wall-mounted and feature two separate removable foam-sealed doors, which can be individually locked for tamper prevention. The boxes can accommodate SC-style adapters and multiple fiber splice trays, which in some configurations may be used to accommodate passive devices such as CWDM Modules. The FDB’s many features include top and bottom entry points, multiple grounding options, cable strain relief and strength member anchor points and a powder coated aluminum housing. With its multitude of options and features, the Fiber Demarcation Box is a valuable addition to a service provider’s offering to commercial customers.
