Livermore, California (EastBayDaily) — All Systems Broadband, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Janis Deroche to Vice President, Operations. In this role, Janis will oversee all aspects of the company’s supply chain, including supplier management, quality, product manufacturing and warehouse operations.
“We were pleased to welcome Janis to the company two years ago,” said Sean Fernandez, COO. “And since her arrival we have experienced a period of unprecedented growth. Through this rapid expansion, Janis not only oversaw the construction of a solid supply chain, but she also led the company through the complicated process of achieving TL 9000 certification.”
Deroche is a veteran operations leader, having spent over 20 years with several Silicon Valley companies, including Cisco Systems and Unisys. Her experience in working with global partners and supply chains has translated into increased efficiency and customer focus at All Systems Broadband. It is under Janis’ guidance that the company has developed a U.S. based manufacturing presence to build many of its fiber products. Additionally, she has directed development of the company’s supply chain to use of domestic suppliers as well. The result has been much more stringent control of the end product, and the quality that brings to All Systems Broadband customers.
Over the course of her career, Janis has received much recognition. Most recently, she received Woman of the Year, 2012-13, recognition by the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW).
