Walnut Creek, California (EastBayDaily) — Ascension Insurance, Inc., is pleased to announce three key additions to the operations team in the company’s National Benefits Practice headquartered in Walnut Creek, CA. Leigh Speicher has joined the company as Operations Leader; Danielle Vezinaw has been named Implementation Manager; and Ashley Sabre has been named Executive Assistant to Nicole Jones-Gyllstrom, National Benefits Practice Leader. As Operations Leader, Leigh Speicher will oversee general operations for Ascension’s National Benefits Practice. Her diverse experience in the benefits industry includes carrier, brokerage and technology experience. Prior to joining Ascension Speicher designed, built and implemented a proprietary online benefits enrollment system. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications Studies and a minor in Business from UCLA.
In her role as Implementation Manager, Danielle Vezinaw will be responsible for managing implementation workflow for tools and resources for new and existing clients. Vezinaw began her career with a major carrier and later transitioned to a brokerage position, where she built her expertise in benefit management systems and benefits implementation. She is a graduate of Silicon Valley College with an AAS in Graphic Design and Desktop Publishing.
Ashley Sabre joins Ascension as Executive Assistant to the National Benefits Practice Leader. She joins Ascension from the computer software industry and brings over seven years of experience as an executive assistant to C-level staff and senior management.
