Dublin, California (EastBayDaily) — The employees at CenterLine Precision Tube Bending, Inc., a metal fabrication company in the greater San Francisco Bay Area, were saddened to learn that Raymond A. Osborne, a technical expert who consulted for CenterLine Precision in 2009, passed away in his sleep on December 31, 2011.
Ray, along with his business partner, Louis Rembrandt, were founders of Superior Tube-Pipe Bending and Fabrication Co., Inc. in Hayward, California. In 1995, Michael T. Osborne, Ray’s eldest son, acquired the small tube bending division from Superior Tube and founded CenterLine Precision Tube Bending Co. in Dublin, CA. The company incorporated in September 2003 as CenterLine Precision Tube Bending, Inc.
CenterLine Precision would like to recognize Ray for the numerous technical contributions and innovations he brought to the industry.
Meanwhile, Lenaye J. Osborne, President of CenterLine Precision Tube Bending, Inc., is currently preparing for the company’s 17th anniversary in July. Lenaye attributes its ongoing success in the metal fabrication industry to stringent internal quality control measures that result in exceptional quality products, service and delivery.
