Livermore, California (EastBayDaily) — Crooked Vine Winery, a Bay Area wine tasting venue, is inviting club members to be among the first to purchase and taste newly released wines not yet available to the public. The Bay Area winery, in addition to Stony Ridge Winery, are celebrating the release on Nov. 11, from 2 to 4 p.m.
"Our educated and friendly staff is there to provide you with opportunities to sample our wine and learn about our distinctive varietals. After the wine tasting, enjoy our wines by the glass or bottle on our front deck or in our garden courtyard," Courtney Garcia of Crooked Vine Winery said.
The event, entitled “Taste of Harvest,” is featuring Crooked Vine’s 2010 "Moxie" Bordeux Blend (the 2009 vintage won multiple awards), 2011 Chardonnay and 2009 Petite Sirah, as well as Stony Ridge’s 2009 Petite Sirah and 2009 Malvasia Blanca. Crooked Vine and Stoney Ridge are offering food pairings by Cabana Daves and live music by James Nagel.
