Pleasanton, California (EastBayDaily) — Joanne Bryant State Farm Insurance will be hosting a child-friendly informational booth at the 2012 Alameda County Fair on Sunday, June 24, Friday, July 6, and Saturday, July 7. The fair is celebrating its 100th year of family fun with a 17-day celebration that includes fireworks, a parade, the world’s largest outdoor grill, concerts and contests.
"The Alameda County Fair is a great opportunity for us to help the community become smarter insurance consumers," Agent/Owner Bryant said. After walking around for hours, people can rest in the State Farm lawn chairs, while given free water bottles to rehydrate them. The booth will host adult and child-friendly activities such as Face Painting Fun, Spin-it and Win-it Wheel, Dance Central Rivalry, Karaoke Kraze, Putting for Gamers, and much more! Prizes included candy, lottery tickets, gift cards, a State Farm Good Neighbor Bear, a RC Remote control Drift Racing Series Car, and free whale watching tickets sponsored by SF Bay Whale Watching.
