dB Control to Unveil Wide-Band, High-Power Products for Radar, EW, ECM and Datalinks at AOC

Fremont, California (EastBayDaily) — dB Control Corp., an established manufacturer known for its reliable, high-power microwave amplifiers, radar transmitters and power supplies, will introduce several wide-bandwidth, high-power amplifiers – including two traveling wave tube (TWT) amplifiers and a microwave power module (MPM) that doubles output power over a wider frequency band, compared to similar products. Set to debut in Booth #911 at the 48th Annual AOC International Symposium and Convention in Washington DC from November 13-16, 2011, the suite of amplifiers enable frequency agility and improved RF performance within modular, compact configurations. The products are suitable for several military applications including radar, electronic warfare (EW), electronic countermeasures (ECM) and airborne datalinks.

“While the future of defense electronics is a moving target, we can certainly anticipate that threats will continue to increase in sophistication. During this ever-changing scenario, we must always stay one step ahead by designing and manufacturing products that can adapt to a multitude of capabilities,” said dB Control Vice President of Technology & Business Development Meppalli Shandas. “The products we unveil at this year’s AOC Convention will meet these market needs.”

More information will be available in dB Control’s AOC Booth, including product specifications, features, benefits and more.
