Salesforce1 users can now do live presentations to their prospects and clients right in the Salesforce1 App, from any device. Additionally, after a sales call users can share any sales collateral with customers and track customer interest with analytics delivered by Fileboard.

From live presentations to emailed sales collateral, Fileboard enables sales teams to easily track prospective customers' interest. With Fileboard, sales teams know if they should follow up, when to follow up and what to follow up with. Fileboard's functionality can be accessed without leaving the Salesforce1 app, capturing activity automatically and maximizing productivity. Fileboard captures activity at each communication touch point with a prospect and customer, which combined with Salesforce CRM data in provides powerful insights through the following reports: Present Now – When viewing a lead, account or contact in the Salesforce1 app, users can begin a live presentation using a custom action. This single action shares a web URL automatically with a customer via email where they can join a live meeting with slideshows, videos and webpages from within the Salesforce1 app. During presentations, all activity gets logged to Salesforce1. After the meeting, analytics on how engaged the prospect was during the presentation can be easily accessed and viewed.
Send File Link – When viewing a sales lead, account or contact in the Salesforce1 App, users can share sales collateral with a prospect using a custom action – Send File Link. Fileboard will then send a notification when the prospect views the sales material. Engagement metrics can be seen in real-time on what the prospect found most interesting in the sales collateral and if the sales material is shared with others in the company.
