Hannah Nicole to “Trick and Treat Your Palate”

Brentwood, California (EastBayDaily) — Hannah Nicole Vineyards and Winery, Brentwood’s premiere winery, will host its next seasonal wine pairing dinner on October 27, tricking and treating the palate. Five courses of food and wine will be served in reverse progression, starting with the desert course.

The seasonal dinner will pair Hannah Nicole’s award-winning wines with the culinary excellence of Willowstone Catering’s executive chef, Paul Glaviano. The evening will significantly tempt and test the palate, bringing guests to another dimension of culinary enjoyment.

Unusual food and wine combinations like Himachi sashimi with Hannah Nicole Cabernet Sauvignon, which guests experienced at the last wine-pairing dinner, will also shake-up the evening. While offering a twist on the norm, the winery will give guests the opportunity to sample the best of Contra Costa’s terroir in a generous selection of Hannah Nicole wines including the latest 2010 releases.

Event and Reservation Details The Trick and Treat Your Palate seasonal wine pairing dinner at Hannah Nicole Vineyards and Winery — located at 6700 Balfour Road in Brentwood — will begin at 7:00 pm on Thursday, October 27. Guests will be greeted at the door with an aperitif at 6:30 pm. More About Chef Paul Glaviano As Willowstone Catering’s executive chef, Paul Glaviano brings his culinary mastery to all of Hannah Nicole’s wine pairing dinners. His 26 years of experience span high-end San Francisco restaurants and caterers including Boulevard, Miss Pearl’s Jam House, Splendido, and The Elite Café. Paul is also an award-winning artist with a master’s degree in fine arts from San Francisco Art Institute.
