Healthcare Advocates and Patient Navigators to Meet in Berkeley, CA, November 4-5, 2011


Berkeley, California (EastBayDaily) — Patient advocates and patient navigators will meet at the National Association of Healthcare Advocacy Consultants (NAHAC) third annual conference “Knowledge, Solutions, Compassion: Advocacy Skills in Practice” to be held November 4-5 at the Doubletree Hotel, Berkeley Marina, California.

Healthcare advocates from across the country will participate in educational workshops, case studies and networking. Both experienced and new advocates are invited to attend. The conference is also open to non-members.

The keynote speaker is Michael L. Millenson, president of Health Quality Advisors LLC, a nationally recognized expert on improving the quality of American health care.
