Emeryville, California (EastBayDaily) — HomeGain, a leading provider of online marketing solutions that connect real estate agents and brokers with homebuyers and home sellers, today announced that it has updated the design of its website.
The redesign involved over 300 web pages, focusing primarily on the most trafficked pages such as the home page, the find a REALTOR® pages, the instant home valuation pages, and the view homes for sale pages.
HomeGain.com has experienced an average of over four million unique visitors per month in 2007 and ranks consistently in the top 10 real estate websites in the world. To continue to provide the best possible visitor experience, HomeGain listened to its customers on how to refresh the website and integrated their feedback.
“The new site design is proving to be an initial success,” stated Louis Cammarosano, General Manager at HomeGain. “Conversions have increased dramatically and just days after the new HomeGain.com launched, we received the second largest single-day number of AgentEvaluator leads this year. In addition, our home page is launching 30-35 percent faster, making it an improved experience for visitors.”
HomeGain has received positive comments from hundreds of consumers, Realtors® and Internet marketing partners on the clean, fresh look of the website, the ease of navigation, and the useful features like the instant home valuation tool.
To improve brand awareness, a newly renovated logo and tagline was included in the site redesign. “We wanted to carry over the main components of the previous brand, but incorporate real estate specific characteristics and a more updated feel,” stated Jessica Pogni-Gopalakrishnan, Marketing & Communications Manager at HomeGain.
While the design of the website has been updated, the functionality and usability of HomeGain.com’s services and features remains unchanged. At HomeGain.com, consumers can continue to find a REALTOR®, research home values, and view homes for sale.
