Imperfect Spirituality Author Featured On PsychCentral in Time for Summer Solstice

Berkeley, California (EastBayDaily) — I mperfect Spirituality author Polly Campbell was featured on PsychCentral to discuss three ways to develop a personal spirituality practice for those looking for ways to be more connected and grounded in life.

One immediate way to develop a spirituality practice is to become more aware. “Become aware of what you’re putting into your mind, heart and into your day," said Campbell. "Notice the routines you’re in and how you’re thinking of them," she added.

Another way to develop a spirituality practice is to journal, as it can help you gain clarity and connect to your spirit. Campbell recommends starting with these questions: “What did I learn about myself today? What is important to me now? What do I value now?”

Lastly, being curious can be a huge factor in developing a spiritual practice and discovering one's spiritual essence. “Do the things that ignite that and inspire you," Campbell said, adding that having fun is even a spiritual state.

With Summer Solstice today, Polly Campbell's advice comes at a perfect time to make a positive life-change with the turning of the season.
