Schedule of Events: One highlight is the preview of Alameda Civic Ballet’s perennial holiday favorite, The Nutcracker. “We are delighted to be performing excerpts of this classic at Alameda South Shore Center, a co-sponsor of The Nutcracker, for what we know will be an appreciative and enthusiastic audience,” said Artistic Director Abra Rudisill.

Revel in the Magic of the Santa House this Season The fun continues beyond Black Friday through Dec 24. Everyone is invited to enjoy the Winter Wonderland and enchanting Santa House, featuring life-sized confections, twinkling lights, snow scenes and other festive trimmings up through Christmas Eve.
Children and their families can capture a special holiday memory by having their photos taken with Santa, and there are three opportunities to win free Santa photo packages. Also onsite at the Santa House is a student-staffed gift wrapping station with proceeds benefiting local organizations.
