Oakland, California (EastBayDaily) — LearnVirtual Announces Fall Schedule for ArchiCAD Online Training Classes. Setting Up and Managing an ArchiCAD Project is the topic of the fall series which begins Monday, September 12, at 11 a.m. Pacific.
“The goal with our Fall series is to help new and experienced users of ArchiCAD start and manage a project with efficiency,” said instructor Thomas M. Simmons. “The online training program starts with how to set up a project and moves all the way through managing project documents, schedules and LEED requirements.”
The Fall ArchiCAD Online Curriculum is broken down into four series with multiple classes: Starting a Project in ArchiCAD: This two-part series focusing on how to set up an ArchiCAD project with office standards and graphical preferences starts Monday, September 12. Managing the ArchiCAD Model: A four-part series covering how to manage elements within an ArchiCAD model for visibility and graphics, and saving these settings as defined drawing views. Starts October 3. Managing Sections, Elevations, Interiors, and Details: This three-part series starting November 11, explores how to manage extracted drawings for multiple uses including presentations and construction documents. Managing Building Schedules and LEED Requirements: A three-part series reviewing the interactive schedule in ArchiCAD and how to customize its setup for building schedules, project indexes, and LEED requirements. Starts December 5.
