Fremont, California (EastBayDaily) — Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions, a world leader in particle counting and contamination monitoring has developed a liquid particle counter with 25 nanometer detection limits, the lowest particle counting detection limit available today. The NanoCount 25 gives users the ability to set particle detection in four channel sizes: 25, 50, 75 and 100 nanometers.
With concentration limits of 200,000 particles/ml, the NanoCount 25 is ideal for monitoring online particle concentration in high purity environments. Uses include deionized water monitoring, process qualification and monitoring, filter efficiency particle measurements, in semiconductor or other manufacturing environments.
“By incorporating diode-pumped solid state laser particle counting technology and designed for reliability, the NanoCount 25 provides continuous, trouble-free operation – something that is very important to our customers,” said Scott Salton, President of Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions.
Integration into facility monitoring systems is quick and easy or use as a stand-alone device. Communication interfaces include the industry standard RS-485 MODBUS communication protocol, Ethernet and analog outputs.
The NanoCount 25 built-in color display allows for easy viewing of real time data.
