Lyris Welcomes New Board Member

Emeryville, California (EastBayDaily) — Lyris, Inc. (LYRI), a global provider of digital marketing solutions, today announced the appointment of David Wang to its board of directors. As a recognized industry leader, Wang brings a wealth of operations and finance expertise to Lyris.

Wang is a seasoned executive, holding many senior level roles in his career in finance and operations. Currently, he is Director of Alternative Investments at investment management firm The TCW Group. Prior to TCW, Wang served in executive finance roles at Houlihan Lokey, Xinhua Finance Limited, Libra Securities and U.S. Bancorp Libra. During his tenure at Libra, he also served as chief financial officer and board member of Kentucky Electric Steel, LLC where he was responsible for the company’s successful turnaround. Wang graduated with a degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
