Oakland, California (EastBayDaily) — Kazan, McClain, Satterley & Greenwood, a Professional Law Corporation, formerly Kazan, McClain, Satterley, Lyons, Greenwood & Oberman, is pleased to announce a change in the firm’s name—a reflection of two longtime partners choosing retirement.
According to Founding, Senior and Managing Principal Steven Kazan, retiring partner Dianna Lyons was a great appellate lawyer who became an accomplished and well respected trial lawyer with the firm. Jim Oberman was a certified appellate specialist who did outstanding motion and appeals work. As their careers at Kazan Law come to an end, the firm will recognize associates whose skill, intelligence, and dedication will distinguish them as future partners and welcome new brilliant young minds fresh from law school.
