Only the top 4 percent of BH&G agents nationwide, of more than 1,800 agents working for BH&G, are given the award. In 2011, Bruce completed 19 deals ranging up to $1.25 million, including homes in Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Lafayette, San Ramon and Blackhawk. The Bay Area regional awards presentation will take place on Thursday, March 22 at the Casa Real at Ruby Hill in Livermore.
