With more than twenty years of human resource and employee benefits experience, McGraw comes to PORTAL from an international benefits brokerage firm in San Francisco. Prior to this he was Director of Consulting Services at Craford Benefit Consultants for 10 years, and served in the United States Army for 11 years where he was as a Personnel Officer directing payroll and staffing services.
