San Francisco Food Truck, Doc’s of the Bay to Serve Lunch Mondays to Fridays with New SOMA Locations in San Francisco

Emeryville, California (EastBayDaily) — Emeryville based food truck Doc’s of the Bay is running a full Monday through Friday schedule for lunch at four new locations in SOMA. Doc’s will be appearing at the following locations and days: every Monday at Truck Stop SF on Mission Street between First and Fremont, occasional Tuesdays at 75 Hawthorne St., Wednesdays at Second and Folsom, and every other Friday at Fifth and Minna.

“Now that we feel we have our base products and operation perfected after our incubation period, we feel it’s time to make the public more aware of Doc’s. So we’re making a push to expand and compete in the big San Francisco markets,” says Zak Silverman, co-owner of Doc’s.

New market locations and a loosening of the permits available to mobile food vendors in San Francisco have provided greater opportunities for food trucks to sell in the city. Doc’s of the Bay also has permits pending for several more locations in the Financial District and Mission Street and they hope to begin operations in additional locations in early December.
