Tiny Prints Partners with Popular Celebrities to Create Charitable Holiday Cards

Mountain View, California (EastBayDaily) — Tiny Prints (http://www.tinyprints.com), an online leader in premium, personalized stationery, today announced the launch of its first-ever Celebrity Holiday Card Collection. As part of the collection, several popular celebrities partnered with Tiny Prints to help create exclusive designs that will be sold on behalf a charity of their choice. Proceeds from the sale of each design will benefit the celebrity designer’s selected charity.

With designs from Dwayne Johnson, Samantha Harris, Elisabeth Rohm, Tiffani Thiessen and Melissa Joan Hart to choose from, consumers will have the opportunity to send these delightful holiday cards to their friends and family while simultaneously giving back to worthy causes.

The Tiny Prints Celebrity Holiday Card Collection includes designs from:

Samantha Harris for Operation Smile: Popular television personality and host Samantha Harris created a colorful and modern collection featuring several multi-photo cards that will be sold in honor of Operation Smile.

“Since having a baby, I realize more than ever the importance of a child being able to smile and laugh. My daughter’s smile lights up my day,” said Harris. “Operation Smile gives children across the world who were born with facial disfigurements that ability.”

Founded in 1982, Operation Smile is a worldwide children’s medical charity. Operation Smile medical volunteers provide free surgery to children with correctable facial deformities, such as cleft lips and cleft palates.

Melissa Joan Hart for Friends of the Family: Actress Melissa Joan Hart created bold designs featuring messages of love and peace on behalf of Friends of the Family, an organization she has supported for years. Friends of the Family strives to foster strong families, resilient and joyful children and vibrant communities in Southern California by providing respectful and responsive family support services in the greater Los Angeles area.

“After being part of many charities over the years, it is refreshing to see the amazing difference Friends of the Family actually makes in the local community. It helps improve the lives of both children and their families,” said Hart.

Elisabeth Rohm for Global Green: Actress and new mom Elisabeth Rohm has been a long-time champion of environmental awareness. She was particularly inspired of the beauty of nature and the earth while working on this project. The sale of Rohm’s recycled cards, which are only available on recycled paper made of 30% post-consumer waste and 50% recycled paper, will benefit Global Green USA.

A national leader in combating global warming, Global Green USA helps to create smart climate change solutions, including creating landmark climate legislation, educating the public and building green homes, schools and communities.

Tiffani Thiessen for Camp Rainbow Gold: Actress Tiffani Thiessen was inspired by her family’s love for the holidays when creating her collection, which features holiday-themed watercolor paintings. The sale of her designs will benefit the American Cancer Society’s Camp Rainbow Gold.

Camp Rainbow Gold offers year-round programs for children who have been diagnosed with cancer. The organization provides them with medically supervised camps, college scholarships and other emotionally empowering experiences, in addition to offering services to their families and support networks.

“Camp Rainbow Gold has shown me the true meaning of giving. The kids who attend this camp are so full of strength and hope that they have taught me life lessons that I will hold onto forever,” said Thiessen.

The Rock Foundation: In support of his organization, The Rock Foundation, actor Dwayne Johnson partnered with Tiny Prints to create a series of holiday cards featuring images of Santa and/or children participating in various winter activities. The themes of these cards directly support the mission of The Rock Foundation, which is to educate, empower and enrich the lives of children worldwide through global education, youth physical fitness and obesity prevention programs.

“I believe in the potential of children, and the importance of creating a positive, nurturing and secure environment for which they can learn and grow,” said Johnson. “Tiny Prints’ commitment to community outreach, especially towards our youth, naturally compliments my mission. I’m honored to have my foundation selected as a beneficiary.”
