The menu consists of an appetizer of Black Pepper Foccacia with Brillat Savarin & Apples, Cucumber Cups Filled with Smoked Trout, Upland Cress & Truffled Aioli, Grilled Spiedini Of Spiced Pork with Saba Served with a Chardonnay.

Primo Piatto is Agnolotti filled with English Peas, Speck, And Ricotta, Morel Mushrooms in Brown Butter and a Pinot Noir. Secondo Piatto features Salsiccia in Galera (“Sausage In Jail”) House Made Sausage with Pine Nuts Incarcerated in Chicken Roasted with Green Olives & Rosemary, Served with Braised Pancetta Wrapped Frisee and a Pinot Noir. Finally, there will be Dolce of Poppy Seed Cake & Organic Strawberries, and Crema Inglese.
